					<description>Yes, but there's a difference between strengthening your muscles and how you use your voice.  People who use their voices for a living (actors, singer, etc.) will tell you there is no way to prepare your voice to scream all day.  Practicing won't make it better.  Of course, I guess if your a curler, perhaps it doesn't matter if you get nodes on your vocal cords because you're not trying to make a pretty noise--  just a lot of it.</description>
